Benchmarking

MAY 7, 2025 | PHOENIX CONVENTION CENTER | PHOENIX, AZ

How Does Your Utility Measure Up?

Most utility programs monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and planned vs. actual service stats and metrics. The value differentiator is simple: great utility leaders compare themselves to others, adjust programs and offerings to meet or exceed industry standards and continuously enhance their portfolios to achieve ever-higher customer engagement, CSAT and utility performance.

IUCX Benchmarking is an association of member companies conducting benchmark studies to identify best practices surrounding customer service issues that improve the overall operations of the members’ business operations. Currently, Benchmarking membership is solidly electric-focused; however, we believe gas and water utilities who measure many of the same metrics could benefit from sharing and comparing themselves to others in the utility customer service space.

CONTENT

Members review and edit each annual survey, updating questions and new subjects. They participate in a broad range of topics discussed at the annual Benchmarking Roundtable. This candid and free-wheeling discussion is that differentiator identified above.
