Our New Look

Why are we changing?

Innovation that keeps up with the pace of change and meets customer expectations is integral to every utility’s mission. It’s also the foundation of our new brand, Innovate UtilityCX. With a decades-long reputation of partnering with utilities and industry experts for unbiased, robust content and connection opportunities, CS Week is rebranding this summer to IUCX. We’ve modeled innovation and led by example before. Now watch us innovate with IUCX’s new look and fresh energy. Through collaboration and community, IUCX will be creating broader opportunities to introduce, connect and add value to those partnerships. Stay tuned as our website transforms and our services/program offerings grow. Power up with IUCXand join the journey!

CS Week has rebranded to Innovate UtilityCX
  • Answer: CS Week continually evaluates strategic opportunities to enhance the value it offers to stakeholders. The organization currently provides a limited set of year-round engagement opportunities beyond the annual conference and will be offering a broader array of year-round educational opportunities in the future. The current CS Week brand identity does not adequately reflect the scope of these increased opportunities.

  • Answer: The brand was introduced during the 2024 Conference in Fort Worth. The organization will complete the transition by Summer 2024 prior to the opening of registration for the 2025 conference. A release of new information on Live Events, Webinars and new Offerings will roll out this Autumn.

  • Answer: May include certification courses such as Contact Center Supervisor or proficiency in one of the CX lifecycle domains such as Billing & Payments. May include content around high-interest subject areas such as Generative AI or the ability to become a member of a digital community that focuses on a specific topic or domain such as CIS implementations.

  • Answer: A comprehensive brand launch campaign plan has been developed to communicate the change across a variety of channels, including social media, e-mail and print.

  • Answer: The annual conference will continue to serve as the “anchor” event. A broad array of educational venues will continue to be offered during the week including the introduction of new, high interest subject areas and the sunset of subject areas of little interest/low participation.

  • Answer: The new website will be available in Summer 2024. All other digital assets (e.g., social media) will be updated in early September and prior to the opening of registration for the 2025 conference which is usually around late October/early November.

  • Answer: The organization will continue to leverage feedback from conference attendees, industry stakeholder groups (e.g., vendor/consultant partners) and various steering committees in place today to identify topics of interest.
