The Fall Planning Meeting set for early September is the time and place when abstracts submitted by utilities and industry partners are reviewed by PC and Board Members for inclusion and development in the 2025 Conference Workshops tracks.

A recent technology implementation
Innovative CX enhancements or customer-first programs/services
Updated, refocused or reimagined policies and programs related to people and meter-to-cash processes
Selected abstracts are assigned to eight business process and customer program-focused tracks. Those selections are then scheduled into eight hour-long presentation slots on Wednesday and Thursday of IUCX Conference.
