Q4: What meals are included with event registration cost?
A4: Use this handy chart to plan your meals and extra funds for snacking/dining.
Key: BB = Buffet Breakfast, PL = Plated Lunch, R = Reception with heavy hors d’oeuvres and drinks, R/D = Reception followed by plated dinner. SE = Special Event. All Events offer AM and PM breaks with hot/cold drinks and snacks. Most appetites are satisfied with Reception food stations as early dinner.

Q5: What should I wear?
A5: Business-casual attire and comfortable shoes! Indoor spaces at convention centers and hotels are generally cool, so many attendees appreciate having a sweater, shawl or jacket. With its 200,000+ square foot Exhibit Hall, IUCX is a place to get in your steps, so pack sidewalk-friendly shoes as you venture out to enjoy Phoenix’s local cuisine, sights and sounds.

A6: Three designated hotels are situated within a 2-3 blocks’ walk of the PCC (100 N 3rd St). Visit Hotels to make your reservations and check out each site’s amenities.

Hyatt Regency Phoenix - 122 N 2nd St
Sheraton Phoenix Downtown - 340 N 3rd St

Q8: Do I have to register for each session/workshop that I want to attend at my event?
A8: No. Once you’ve registered/checked in for an event, you are welcome to attend all its offerings.
You are welcome to switch at Registration/Check In to a different Deep Dives category. There is no additional charge to do this. Some attendees ask if they can switch Deep Dives categories and Workshop tracks throughout the day? Of course! Just please be respectful of the discussion/ conversation format of Deep Dives and the presentation format of Workshops as you enter/leave rooms. The digital Conference App and the printed On-Site Guide offer Conference attendees up to 10 choices during four Wednesday sessions and four Thursday sessions.
Q9: Will the Conference App be available?
A9: Yes! About April 25, 2025, the App will be activated, and all registered attendees will receive a notification inviting them to download it and log in.
