Partnership Advances Gas Industry Superstars

In place now for a decade, IUCX enjoys a strategic partnership with two industry trade associations: EEI and AGA. Both help promote and support Innovate UtilityCX’s mission and values with calendar events on their websites and ads in digital publications.

AGA takes that partnership a step further with an annual customer service-focused feature in its April America Gas magazine. This year, we are proud to salute Citizens Energy Group, Madison Gas and Electric and PSEG and the impressive strides they have made in their field services organizations, thanks in large part to comprehensive platform implementations that have delivered huge benefits to their customer service programs.

With IUCX’s recommendations, AGA has interviewed Conference Workshop speakers and written the upcoming feature set to be digitally published on or about April 8: “Field Goals: Utilities are adopting game-changing platforms to seamlessly integrate field services with customer service—boosting both customer and employee satisfaction”.
