Anisha Cathey, LVVWD Anisha Cathey didn’t skip a beat when asked her favorite part of being an IUCX Planning Committee Member. “I’m a feedback junkie and love learning what people think. That knowledge, as a PC, grants me influence in the planning and delivery of IUCX and the ability to identify gaps that can be bridged. I definitely feel like Billing & Payments is underrepresented. So, when I hear people say, ‘Oh, billing is boring,’ I respond, “but it’s a business necessity.” Anticipating her fourth year on the PC, Anisha is engaged in Billing & Payments Deep Dives and Workshops programming. | |
“I’m most proud of our CSAT scores. We are in the top 10% echelon and work tirelessly to stay there. Everyone’s work increased during and after the pandemic, but we’ve found ways to actually do more with less, thanks to technology and operations improvements.” – Anisha Cathey | A Las Vegas Valley Water District stakeholder for all things contact center and with 16 direct reports, Anisha is involved in process, technology and people issues on the operations side. She meets with vendors, performs benchmarking, manages the workforce platform, manages cashier teams and ensures the business runs efficiently and effectively. |
Anisha, the mother of three - two under the age of three, leads a busy life filled with work demands, her teenager’s club basketball travels, a husband, two dogs and her passion - Thursday night sand volleyball! “Being able to accomplish all that I have inside and outside work is not an easy balance. But it’s worth it, and I feel that I haven’t sacrificed a comfortable family life to advance my career.”
David Goldberg, JEA
Like Anisha, David Goldberg heads into IUCX 2025 as a PC with three years’ experience under his belt. Today versus then, David carries a lot less under and above that belt. Last year, he lost over a hundred pounds and got back into shape, amazing achievements he attributes to eating healthy, fitness boxing and weight training.
JEA’s Director of Communications and Brand Strategy, David oversees customer and community messaging, ensuring both remain consistent and on point in support of this northeast Florida utility’s departments, products and services. David is responsible for strategizing and developing customer educational campaign assets and deliverables and has purview over the utility’s ambassadors, volunteers, community partnerships and project outreach teams.
Married with four college-enrolled children, David enjoys listening to these popular podcasts:

“As a municipally owned utility, JEA actively promotes messaging that educates customers on ways to save money and time, conserve energy and water, and increase convenience with its programs and services. Our communications have consistently landed JEA in J. D. Powers’ first quartile for CSAT. I’m proud to be a part of that effort.”
