We’re ready! Registration officially launched for IUCX 2025 events set for Monday, May 5 through Thursday, May 8 at the Phoenix Convention Center in Phoenix, AZ.

The online self-serve user experience is designed to be easy-peasy for Conference (including add-ons: Deep Dives and Women In Utilities Sunrise Event), Executive Summit, Key Account Forum and ENGAGE311 registration. Sponsors and Exhibitors can register, select sponsorships/booths and pay online. The Help Center is available to walk you through registration. Event Managers are happy to answer further questions! Utilities can enjoy tiered discounts when registering three or more attendees at the same time using Group Registration.

Complete your online registration with a credit card payment. If you click other payment options, IUCX staff will call to assist you with check, purchase order, EFT or direct deposit payments. Read November’s FACTS (First Time Attendee Conference TipS) for the debut of IUCX’s Help Center. Consider EARLY REGISTRATION to lock in the lowest fees and spend current year travel/training dollars before 12/31/2024 when some utilities’ fiscal year funding expires or resets.

Conference 2025 Registration Fees:

The full 2025 Conference attendee registration fee includes admission to:

• Attendee Orientation – Tuesday pm

• Two breakfasts and keynote speakers’ presentations – Wednesday & Thursday am

• Exhibit Hall luncheons – Wednesday & Thursday

• IUCX Conference workshops – Wednesday & Thursday

• All social and networking functions including Exhibit Hall receptions and IUCX’s Special Event – Tuesday thru Thursday

• **Deep Dives - This is available for Utility registrants only.
